1) Bring the HBA offline
datapath set adapter # offline
2) Remove the HBA
datapath remove adapter #
3) Install the new microcode to the HBA
diag -T download -d fcs#
4) Delete all vpath and hdisk\
rmdev -dl dpo -R
rmdev -dl fcs# -R
5) varyoff the datavg volumegroups
varyoffvg <datavg>
6) Stop the sddsrv
stopsrc -s sddssrv
7) Remove the old SDD and Host attachement script
smitty remove
8)Install the latest SDD
smitty installp
9) Reboot the server
